Why Stress?

Instead of focusing on what you need to do, should do and want to do. Break it down into bite size pieces. No need to overwhelm yourself with that daunting to-do list. Everything running through your mind which isn’t being completed may drive you mad. Give yourself a break and cut out the negative self talk. You don’t need to do everything today. Take a deep breath and get a couple of items on your list completed. You will feel a greater sense of accomplishment when you allow yourself an attainable list as apposed to frustrating yourself because not everything was completed. Much of what we expect from ourselves is done for the benefit of others. You don’t have to impress anyone but yourself. Release the fear of being judged by others, you are ultimately the only one which holds the standard for your life. Choose wisely and go from there, your comfort level with the world around you will adjust because you were able to decide where, when and how you will accomplish all which needs to be done. Don’t stress over the silly things, there are enough things to worry about, let go of the non urgent duties and enjoy your day!
